Dragon Ball/Z/GT Most Powerful Atacks

Kamehameha (亀破波, かめはめは, "Turtle Devastation Wave", "Turtle Destruction Wave") is the first energy attack that is shown in the Dragon Ball series. It is first seen in Manga volume 2 and in Dragon Ball: episode 8 ("The Kamehameha wave"). The Kamehameha Wave is the most widely used finishing attack in the Dragon Ball series, and is Goku's signature attack. It is also a signature attack of the Turtle school.

The Heat Dome Attack (熱ドーム攻撃; Atsusa Tengai Attaku) is Future Trunks's final and most powerful attack in his Super Saiyan form he used to destroy Imperfect Cell in his future timeline. First, Trunks throws his opponent up in the air and points both his hands upward at the target. Then, he charges a large dome of yellow energy around himself. From this dome of energy expels a gigantic blast of energy up at the enemy, inflicting an enormous amount of damage. Future Trunks used this technique to kill Imperfect Cell right as the bio-android was charging a Kamehameha in the hopes of destroying the Earth.

The attack was named in the Budokai Tenkaichi series, and is Super Saiyan Future Trunks's (without sword) Ultimate Blast. This move also appeared in Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit as Future Trunks's ultimate attack.

The Special Beam Cannon (魔貫光殺砲, Makankōsappō; English "Light of Death"; Literally meaning "Demon Impaling Light Killing Gun") is an energy wave technique in the Dragon Ball franchise, and is Piccolo's signature attack. It made its debut in "Piccolo's Plan", the 4th episode of Dragon Ball Z, which premiered on May 17, 1989. The technique is a very powerful laser beam created by Piccolo in order to destroy his then-arch-enemy, Goku.

The move is performed by touching the index and middle fingers of one hand to the forehead and charging enough energy to attack. Its speed changes to the power level of the person performing the move. When ready, the fingers are extended forward, the attacker shouts the name of the attack and two thin ki beams are unleashed from the fingers. One remains straight while the other coils around the straight beam. The resulting beam is quite powerful, drilling through most targets, and exploding on the ones it can't. It can also be used with only one arm (as when Piccolo used it the for first time).

The main disadvantage of the attack is the time required to build up enough energy for the focused burst, however, with enough concentration, this can be bypassed. It is the first technique in the series to be referred to as being faster than light, as Piccolo reasoned that Raditz had to be "faster than the speed of light" to evade it.

Final Flash (ファイナルフラッシュ, fainaru furasshu) is one of Vegeta's signature moves (together with Galick Gun and Big Bang Attack), and supposedly the most powerful. In order to make the attack, Vegeta draws his hands back and gathers up all of his energy. Then, he thrusts his palms forward and discharges a massive golden-yellow beam of energy towards his opponent.
Vegeta first uses this attack in anger against Recoome after being smashed into nearby rocks. However, at this point, the attack is unnamed and the charge time is significantly shorter, resulting in a weaker attack. The posing for the attack is nearly identical to Vegeta's Final Flash as a Super Saiyan, where the only difference is that Vegeta's fingers are splayed straight out when he thrusts his hands forward instead of being bent forward, as well as the beam being a different color(blue). Recoome's armor is mostly obliterated by the blast, though he emerges from the dust undamaged and even striking a pose.
It is not until Vegeta uses this move during his fight with Perfect Cell that he dubs the attack the Final Flash. Though Cell was significantly more powerful, the sheer amount of energy that Vegeta put into the attack, reflected by significant charge time, nearly obliterated the overconfident Cell as well as the entire Earth. Cell was taunted into standing still and take the blast's full force. Sensing the danger only at the last second, Cell attempted to dodge the beam as the destructive energy disintegrated the ground on which he stood and continued off into deep space. When the dust cleared, Cell had lost half of his upper torso (he was also shocked that the attack was actually able to damage him). Despite this, and to Vegeta's surprise, Cell was able to regenerate himself and continue the fight.
In the anime (but not in the manga), Vegeta uses this move against the Cell Jr. he is fighting against, but the attack is easily dispatched. In this instance, Vegeta spent only a few seconds charging up the attack rather than the several minutes used in its debut (presumably due to the desperate situation at hand), which could explain why the Cell Jr. was able to effortlessly deflect an attack that Perfect Cell himself was previously vulnerable to.
Vegeta later uses it against Goku as Majin Vegeta (the attack name is heard, but not seen, as he placed the fingers of his hands upward instead of the heels of his hands to each other), and then later against a swarm of Kid Buus while buying time for Goku to charge his Spirit Bomb. Goku also uses a very simlar move against Kid Buu while fighting in his Super Saiyan 2 form.
It should be noted that in the anime, the attack's color matches Vegeta's default aura, but this is not true in the Playdia Game "DBZ Gaiden" where (Super Saiyan) Vegeta Shoots a Blue Final Flash.

The Universal Spirit Bomb (全世界の元気玉, Zensekai no Genki Dama ; Literally meaning "Universal Spirit Ball") is the final and most powerful version of the Spirit Bomb used by Goku. It draws its phenomenal power from energy sources across the whole universe. It was used as a final attack to defeat Omega Shenron.

After Goku and Vegeta lost both their fusion into Gogeta as well as their Super Saiyan 4 transformations, the battle against Omega Shenron seemed hopeless. However, as Omega was about to kill the Z-Fighters, Goku, who was thought to have been killed while trying to stop an energy ball from destroying the Earth, rises up from a crater and prepares the Spirit Bomb with the all the energy of the people on Earth. Even so, it is still not powerful enough to defeat Omega Shenron.

However, thanks to the help of King Kai, along with the other Kais, Goku is able to ask every person in the universe to donate their energy to the Spirit Bomb, thus creating the Universal Spirit Bomb. With the attack complete, Goku launches the Universal Spirit Bomb against Omega Shenron, completely destroying the Shadow Dragon and moving it upward into the sky where it finally bursts into a massive, black explosion. With all of the Shadow Dragons finally defeated, the Dragon Balls are restored to their normal states.

The attack is seen in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3, where it is Goku (GT)'s Ultimate Blast, under the name, "Spirit Bomb." While it is the largest and strongest version out of all the other Spirit Bombs in the anime, however, it is the smallest version in the video game, possibly due to Goku's stature as a child.
